What makes this different from a traditional membership is that I am the founder and connector, but I am not meant to be the star of the show.

This is not meant to be a generic networking call.
Each call will be intentionally facilitated to help members meet one another, share what they’re working on, talk about what they need, discover aligned businesses, and identify opportunities to support or collaborate with one another.

And some of my favorite receipts are actually the ones that are harder to put into numbers.
Women have met in these rooms and gone on to launch podcasts together, host retreats together, build masterminds together, refer clients to each other, hire each other, and bring each other onto stages.
Just last month, one of my clients hosted a retreat where her chef, photographer, and two of her facilitators all came from this community. Both facilitators made over $5K from being in that room, and her photographer made another $4K in upsells.
I’ve watched a woman get her first speaking opportunity on my stage, only to have another woman in the audience see her speak and later invite her onto her own stage. That first opportunity helped her begin building a speaking portfolio that has now taken her to multiple stages.
I’ve had women go on maternity leave and feel comfortable passing clients to another woman they met through this community. I’ve watched women hire each other, refer each other, bring each other into paid opportunities, and think of someone from this network the moment they need a photographer, speaker, facilitator, vendor, or expert.
And the part I love most is that I’m not sitting in the middle orchestrating all of it anymore. The women are creating opportunities for each other because the relationships are already there.
