Women were meeting at our events and becoming friends.

After watching it happen for six years, I realized something:

The magic wasn't the event. The magic was the women. The Room was created to give those relationships, conversations, and opportunities a place to continue growing long after the events ended.

HI, I'M CRISTAL

-a fire sign aries, mac & cheese fanatic, boy mama, and founder of your new favorite room on the internet: The Room by She Is Made For More.

In a previous life, I was a school teacher.

That decided to quit her job and go after a more that was calling me. With zero game plan (not necessarily the move I recommend to everyone, but it worked out )

I just had a deep ambition and a gut feeling that there had to be more out there for me. And, as I jumped into sharing this feeling that maybe we were all made for more, other women felt the same way too. I started a podcast, hosted my first event, and the community began. 

Over the last six years, I’ve watched women attend the events join the community and co-create retreats, launch podcasts, land their first speaking opportunities, start businesses, build life-changing friendships, collaborate on events, travel across the world together, and become part of each other’s lives in the most beautiful way.

I’ve watched strangers become business partners. Internet friends become soul sisters. 

But even with all of the events, retreats, experiences, and beautiful relationships that were being created… 

… I still felt like something was missing.

A space where ALL women could stay connected long after the events ended. A space where the connections and collaborations happening in our community could be even more intentional.  A place where ambition, expansion, connection, visibility, support, and genuine sisterhood could all exist in the same room.
