All events booked through She Is Made For More LLC are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Services:
By purchasing a ticket to any She Is Made For More event, you agree to all terms outlined herein and those listed at checkout.

Fees and Refunds:
All ticket fees are due in full at the time of purchase. All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to travel delays, illness, scheduling conflicts, or no-shows.

Event Admittance:
A valid photo ID must be presented upon check-in. She Is Made For More LLC is not responsible for denied entry due to failure to provide required identification.

Travel and Attendance:
You are responsible for your own travel, accommodations, and related expenses. She Is Made For More LLC is not liable for missed flights, transportation delays, personal emergencies, or inability to attend.

Media Release:
By attending this event, you grant She Is Made For More LLC the irrevocable right to use any photos, video, or audio of you taken during the event for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes. This includes the use of your image, likeness, voice, name, written feedback, or testimonials in all marketing materials without compensation. All rights, title, and interest (including all global copyrights) belong solely to She Is Made For More LLC.

Injury Liability Release:
You acknowledge and accept that participation in this event is voluntary. She Is Made For More LLC shall not be held liable for any personal injury, accident, illness, or loss of property occurring during or as a result of your participation. You accept full responsibility for your physical and mental well-being during the event.

Data Protection:
We respect your privacy. Email addresses and personal information will never be sold, leased, or rented to third parties. You may be added to our mailing list or that of participating speakers or sponsors for future communication unless otherwise requested. You may opt out at any time.

Speakers and Content:
Opinions expressed by speakers are their own and do not reflect those of She Is Made For More LLC. We do not guarantee any specific results from the content presented and are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on event content.

Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk:
By purchasing this ticket and attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. You release, waive, and discharge She Is Made For More LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may be sustained during or as a result of your participation in the event.

You understand and agree that She Is Made For More LLC shall not be held liable under any circumstance for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income, travel expenses, or damage to personal property.

No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for any reason. All responsibility for travel, attendance, and safety lies solely with the ticket holder.

You further acknowledge that a separate event waiver may be required and must be signed on site as a condition of admittance, and that both this agreement and the signed waiver are enforceable and legally binding.

Force Majeure:
If the event is canceled or modified due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to Acts of God, pandemics, travel restrictions, weather, power outages, strikes, or venue unavailability), She Is Made For More LLC is not responsible for damages, costs, or refunds.

General Terms:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in California state or federal courts. No joint venture or partnership is created by this agreement. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all ticket sales are final, you are responsible for all participation and travel costs, and you fully release She Is Made For More LLC from any liability related to your attendance or inability to attend.
