Terms & Conditions for Exhibitor Participation

By submitting payment and securing your exhibitor spot at She Is Made For More Live 2025, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All Sales Are Final
There are no refunds, cancellations, or transfers once your exhibitor payment has been submitted. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or inability to attend the event for any reason. Please ensure your availability before confirming your exhibitor space.

Non-Transferable
Your exhibitor reservation is exclusive to your business or brand and may not be transferred or reassigned without prior written approval from She Is Made For More, LLC.

Event Participation & Setup
Exhibitors are expected to bring their own materials, display items, and setup for their designated table space. Setup instructions and timeline will be provided prior to the event. Failure to arrive on time or properly set up may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.

Marketing & Media Release
By participating as an exhibitor, you grant She Is Made For More, LLC full rights to use any photos, videos, and promotional content captured of you and/or your display for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes, in perpetuity and without compensation.

Liability Disclaimer
She Is Made For More, LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or claims incurred before, during, or after the event. Exhibitors are solely responsible for the safety of their materials, displays, and personal belongings. You participate at your own risk.

Promotion & Deliverables
All included exhibitor perks such as shoutouts, features, and email campaigns will be scheduled and delivered at the discretion of She Is Made For More, LLC within the post-event promotional timeline. You must provide the requested brand information and assets by the required deadlines to ensure inclusion.
